Hello delegates! My name is Rama Waked, and I am honored to serve as your Chair for JOSMUN 2026!

MUN has been a huge part of my life for the past four years, and what I love most about it is the way it transforms a group of ordinary students into confident, capable, and inspiring young leaders. That’s exactly what I’m expecting from all of you strong, powerful debates filled with passion, intensity, and insight.

Come well prepared, bring your best arguments, and most importantly, enjoy every moment. We can’t wait to welcome you and see the incredible energy you’ll bring to the committee!

Dear delegates, my name is Rami Abu Ashkara, and I am delighted to be your chair in the Special Committee for JOSMUN2026. 

I am going to make sure that you have a wonderful and meaningful MUN experience in our committee, because throughout my 3-year MUN journey, which included various parts from international conferences to chairing in many of our local conferences, I know the importance of a chair that aspires to make the debate fruitful and fun and I promise you to make sure I can achieve that. 

Therefore, delegates, come with great passion and enthusiasm so we can have fun debates and make good memories in the special committee of JOSMUN2026.

Hello Delegates and welcome to JOSMUN! I’m Amal, I’m really glad to be your Special Committee chair, and I’m so excited to meet you all.

I would say that MUN was quite a fruitful journey for me, where it boosted my leadership, debate, and diplomacy skills. And I’m now chairing this committee , with the hopes of giving back to new generations what MUN had gave me of experiences, personal development, and friendship. Come with your best energies and debate from your heart, to create the most positive experience we can!
